HOW YOU MAKE IT

1. Mark 4 holes 1" up from the bottom of the bucket, equidistant around the bucket’s surface. Secure the bucket upside down, with a weight on the bottom (or clamp it in a large vise), and drill the holes using the 1 1/2" hole saw.

2. Mark 3 holes on the top of the garbage can lid, in a triangle with each hole approximately 3" from the center. Drill 1/4" holes at the marks. Center the lid over the upside-down bucket and mark corresponding holes on the bucket’s bottom. Remove the lid and drill 1/4" holes at the marks on the bottom of the bucket.
